Casa PiƱa was built on a former pineapple plantation in 1923. This is why the charming vacation home was named after the pineapple, the fruit being a symbol of hospitality. The entire house has been restored with much love and attention to its original details, such as the 90 year old hard wood floors and completely new furnishings. The cottage is located in the quiet historic "Grandview Heights" district in West Palm Beach, only a 10 minute walk from the attractive downtown area "Rosemary Square", with its market square, restaurants, theaters, cafes, night clubs and plenty of stores. The closest beach is an 8 minute drive by car, less than 15 minutes by bike. Pool heat is optional. Please note that parties, receptions or events with visitors not residing in this vacation rental are not allowed. Non-compliance with this policy could result in the immediate eviction from the property with no refund. Please contact Palm Beach Vacation Rentals for more details. Palm Beach Vacation Rentals does not rent to anyone under the age of 21. The person reserving this house and signing the registration MUST occupy the premises for the entire length of stay. I was there for the second time and felt very comfortable again! The weather in November is a dream, when you hear the news from Germany about continuous rain and cold weather. Swimming in the pleasant warm sea, which is practically on the doorstep, various beaches can be reached by car in a few minutes. By foot you can quickly reach the beautifully decorated Cityplace, where you will find many nice restaurants. I especially recommend the Cheesecake Factory: that was the most delicious cheese cake I have ever eaten! The vacation home is very clean and tastefully furnished, there is nothing missing. We spent some nice evenings on the backyard porch of the house, protected from mosquitoes, having cocktails and good conversations. I am always happy to come back and recommend the house, the quiet location with a pleasant neighborhood in the historic Grandview Heights district ā€“ it is something special. I will be back!

Great location. Great place to be!

I stayed with some friends at this lovely cottage for one week and we had a wonderful time. The house was very clean and tidy and equipped with everything we needed.

Most of all we enjoyed the walking distance to the city center (where we could watch snow flakes falling from palm trees) and the Key-West-style screened back porch, where we enjoyed Caipirinhas and conversations.

We will come back to this charming place, that is for sure.

We have stayed at Casa PiƱa for the second time now and again we enjoyed this wonderful cottage very much.

It really is a great place to spend vacation in Floridaā€™s Palm Beach area. This time we even could take along a couple of friends, as the owners have built up an additional sleeping/bathroom in a separate Cabana: very stylishly done, charming and cozy.

The whole house is tastefully set up and was very clean. We loved the pool and garden area with its screened porch. It really is a first-class place, perfectly equipped and with a very quiet and nice neighborhood.

Restaurants and shopping places are within walking distance, which is extraordinary. And it only takes a five minutes ride to the next beach.

We really can recommend Casa PiƱa with total conviction.

We just spent a very relaxing week in West Palm Beach at the Casa Pina Vacation Home and have been very pleased with this place.

The house was spotless and well stocked with towels and all other amenities you may need. The rental partners from PBVR were very helpful as well if we needed anything.

There is plenty of room for a large family gathering or cozy enough for just two. The pool and deck area were wonderful since we had only warm and sunny days to enjoy it! The kitchen had every modern convenience and was very well equipped with everything we needed to cook dinner in and enjoy it at the screened porch in the backyard.

We would highly recommend this vacation home to our friends and family.
