Courtyard Oasis is a gorgeous 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in the Courtyards In Cityplace Condominiums. Building amenities include heated pool, hot tub, gym, club room, and—the best part—a private breezeway connecting directly to CityPlace, one of West Palm’s most happening destinations with restaurants, shops, cafés and entertainment. This unit has a prime location, just a 3-4 minute walk away to the Brightline Station, 5 minute walk to Clematis Street and the pristine beaches on legendary Palm Beach Island are a 5 minute drive or 10 minute bike ride or even a 20 minute walk.
You have private access to the entire 1299-square-foot apartment. The apartment has a split floor plan and a laundry closet with full-size washer and dryer. Situated only minutes from the airport, beach, downtown, and the new Brightline train (with stops in Miami and Ft. Lauderdale) this apartment has a great location. Gated garage parking is included for the duration of your stay and there is a 24/7 lobby attendant to answer any immediate questions. There is an application process required with the HOA, including an interview. Therefore, reservations must be made at least 72 hours before arrival. This property, which can only be booked for a minimum of 4 weeks, also requires a security deposit.
