You will not find a vacation home closer to the beach on Singer Island! Recently renovated, the interiors are bright and modern with views to the pool and gardens. The house features a new open kitchen, master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and private heatable pool with lounge chairs and BBQ grill.

This home sleeps up to 8 guests including the sleeper sofa in the family room. There are large flat screen TVs in both the living room and family room. The property features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a deluxe kitchen and a spacious covered terrace overlooking the pool.1 bedroom has a king bed, 1 with a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 full size beds. Pool heat is optional. This house is pet friendly, but there are weight and breed restrictions. All pets are on request.
