The small balcony is presently not accessible. The hotel features a large pool and in-house spa and is is conveniently located in the “Main Street” area of Palm Beach within walking distance of numerous restaurants and shops. The sparkling waters of the Atlantic are just one block to the east within easy walking distance; the bicycle trail which runs the length of the island along the Intracoastal Waterway is just one block to the west. The trendy Royal Poinciana Plaza is also walking distance for your shopping and dining. Please note that there is no parking at this hotel. There is valet parking at the hotel at a cost of $ 25 per day. This unit is not pet friendly and no animals of any kind are allowed, including service animals, as the owner is highly allergic. Please note that parties, receptions or events with visitors not residing in this vacation rental are not allowed.
