Cortez Bungalow is an enchanting 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom bungalow-style vacation home which has just recently been completely renovated and furnished. A new heatable pool was installed and completed in January 2023. The interiors are upscale and relaxed at the same time, featuring unique local antique pieces. The living room and dining room areas open to a sunny patio and garden via large French doors on 2 sides for al fresco dining and lounging. The primary bedroom, with a king bed, features an elegant and very generously sized bathroom, connected through attrative barn doors. The 2nd bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds. This fully equipped vacation home (for self catering) is located in the sought-after South of Southern (SoSo) upscale neighborhood of West Palm Beach, just 1 block from the Intracoastel Waterway and South Flagler Drive. PBI Palm Beach Airport, The Brightline and the TriRail train stations, downtown West Palm Beach and the beaches of Palm Beach Island are all within 10 minutes driving distance. Antique Row and the hip restaurants of the buzzing South Dixie Corridor are within 5 minutes driving distance. Please note that parties, receptions or events with visitors not residing in this vacation rental are not allowed. Same day reservations made for this property are on request. Palm Beach Vacation Rentals does not rent to anyone under the age of 21. The person reserving this house and signing the registration MUST occupy the premises for the entire length of stay. we stayed in this west palm beach, newly renovated 3 bedroom 2 bath home/cottage for one week, the property manager was very helpful and the property was clean and bright. .. as this is a new rental property with a new pool there were a few hiccups however everything was resolved quickly and efficiently. the property is a short walk to the inter-coastal, about a block away. we walked early evening every night in the lovely neighborhood near the water. the beds, pillows and linens where clean and comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen are tastefully updated as well. all in all a lovely stay.

My family and I came to WPB so my daughters could compete in WEF. We found this airbnb at the airport - only 4 hours before we were to check in. Not only did they accept our request quickly - but we also had a very late check in and our host, Rick was very friendly and accommodating for our arrival. The house is nice and spacious. Beautiful backyard with a pool. The location of the house is superb. Only a few blocks from the intercoastal as well as all the nice spots in town for restaurants and shopping. I would book this house next time I am in WPB.
