This charmer offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, sleeping up to 4 people. Loving details like mosaic style floor tiles and plantation shutters add to the charm. A spacious patio with dining furniture, grill and a tropcal garden bid you to enjoy the outdoors. Northwood Haven is located in the Northboro subdivision of Northwood, the expansive historical and residential neighborhood north of Downtown West Palm beach. The Intracoastal Waterway (Lake Worth Lagoon) and the famous Rybovich Marina are just 2 blocks away. 5 to 10 minutes by car to Downtown West Palm Beach (Clematis Street, The Square, Kravis Center, Norton Museum of Art), as well as Palm Beach Island and the beaches. Palm Beach International Airport, The Brightline Luxury Train and Tri-Rail stations are all between a 5 and a 15 minute drive.
Same day reservations made for this property are on request. Children under 12 are on request. This house is pet friendly, but there are weight and breed restrictions as well as applicable fees and deposit requirements. All pets are on request. Please note that parties, receptions or events with visitors not residing in this vacation rental are not allowed. Palm Beach Vacation Rentals does not rent to anyone under the age of 21. The person reserving this house and signing the registration MUST occupy the premises for the entire length of stay. Beautiful home, lovely interior with beautiful, private backyard and outdoor sitting area. The house was spotlessly clean with everything we needed. Would definitely return.
