The 46-inch HD television features Comcast cable. The two bedrooms, each having a queen bed, are luxuriously appointed with new high-end furnishings and bedding. Each is equipped with a ceiling fan and new hurricane impact resistant windows. The back opens to a beautifully newly constructed, private heated saltwater-purified pool. Pool heat is optional. This house is not pet friendly and no animals of any kind are allowed, including service animals, as the owner is highly allergic. Please note that parties, receptions or events with visitors not residing in this vacation rental are not allowed.
