Located on the island of Palm Beach, the Palm Beach Hotel Condominium (built in 1926) combines classic Spanish and Mediterranean architecture with modern conveniences.

Penthouse 3 is a spacious 2 bedroom/2 bathoom apartment that is very light and friendly with vaulted ceilings. The hotel features a large pool and in-house spa and is is conveniently located in the “Main Street” area of Palm Beach within walking distance of numerous restaurants and shops. The sparkling waters of the Atlantic are just one block to the east; the bicycle trail which runs the length of the island along the Intracoastal Waterway is just one block to the west. The trendy Royal Poinciana Plaza is also walking distance for your shopping pleasure. Please note that there is no parking at this hotel. There is 1 hour parking out front to unload luggage.This unit is pet friendly, but there are weight and breed restrictions. All pets are on request. Please note that parties, receptions or events with visitors not residing in this vacation rental are not allowed. Non-compliance with this policy could result in the immediate eviction from the property with no refund. Please contact Palm Beach Vacation Rentals for more details. This is a fantastic location that cannot be beat. The condo had everything we needed for a quick getaway - a small kitchenette and 2 bedrooms with separate baths. We loved walking to the beach and pool and nearby shops. Would definitely return!

Overall - really liked it. Bedrooms, living room, and bathrooms were excellent. The kitchen is smaller than one would expect and the fridge room is a bit of a jumble but fine for a short stay. Staff at the PBHC were great and the pool area is authentic old school and really unique. Short walk to the beach and parking is not a problem near PBHC (you need to get the pass from the LL).

We had an amazing vacation to Palm Beach this week at Penthouse 3. The management reached out to us in advance and provided much information to ensure a seamless check-in as well as to impart parking suggestions as we planned our stay. The condo is roomy and was ample for my preteen, teenager, husband and myself. We enjoyed delicious pastries at the French Patisserie downstairs and swam at the quaint pool. The beach was 1.5 blocks from the condo and such an easy walk. We were able to head south to Lake Worth and north to Jupiter in no time at all. My husband and son tried four different golf courses in the area - all super close and high quality.

If you are familiar with Palm Beach you know that finding an affordable place to stay is challenging. This Penthouse is not just reasonably priced (especially for the location) but also a luxurious apartment with all the necessary amenities. What I loved most about the apartment is that it was more like a two bedroom apartment than a hotel room. Other great aspects were: - Location: Located centrally in Palm Beach, you can walk to the beach, restaurants, across the bridge to West Palm, and Publix, which is right next door. - Penthouse Amenities: The kitchen was fully stocked with a hybrid oven/microwave, hot plate, pots, pans, dishes, french press and Keurig. The store room also had beach chairs, umbrella and some beach toys. - The pool: The pool is in the courtyard of the building with beautiful palm trees and a covered atrium, which takes you back to the Palm Beach of the 1930/40s.
