Completely renovated and newly furnished in late 2021, Little Havana features 2-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms and an expansive garden with a heatable pool. This light and contemporary vacation rental is located in the Flamingo Park Historic District, one of the most desirable neighborhoods in West Palm Beach, Florida. The property also features an attractive covered outdoor dining space, large walk-in closet in the master bedroom and free off-street parking (private driveway). This house is not pet friendly and no animals of any kind are allowed, including service animals, as the owner is highly allergic. Please note that parties, receptions or events with visitors not residing in this vacation rental are not allowed. Non-compliance with this policy could result in the immediate eviction from the property with no refund. Please contact Palm Beach Vacation Rentals for more details.

This home requires an additional $ 500 refundable security deposit to be paid with a check or wire transfer before arrival (or cash at arrival).

Same day reservations made for this property are on request. Palm Beach Vacation Rentals does not rent to anyone under the age of 21. This home does not allow children under the age of 10. The person reserving this house and signing the registration MUST occupy the premises for the entire length of stay. Non-compliance with this policy could result in the immediate eviction from the property with no refund.

Private and relaxing house in great location. The house is well maintained, very clean and in a great neighborhood. Dining and shopping options nearby. We think the best features were the nice patio and pool. We also need to say that the PBVR hosts, Rick, Mario, Peter and team, made our experience the best. Just an amazing management team, really hospitable people who strive to make you feel at home.

Little piece of paradise Got there. Beautiful pool, close to beach, all amenities we needed. If you cant find something just look a little more, it is expertly laid out. Neighborhood is quiet, publx and restaurants near whether in palm or west palm. Enjoy your stay. We did. We hope to come back soon but we are sure little havana will be booked for a long time

Little Havana is a beautiful, clean, well-appointed and charming house. Quality furnishings, comfortable beds, soft linens, and a well outfitted kitchen. Swimming in the pool, reclining under a palm tree and coffee on the patio were highlights of our trip. Palm Beach Rentals was a great team to work with - forget traveling all day unsure what an Airbnb might actually be in reality. We’re coming back. Thanks for a real rest cure!

We were the first renters of this lovely home last year and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It's well appointed, in a GREAT location and has a wonderful pool and patio, very private, open and sunny all day. You can easily walk or bike to nearby great restaurants and bars, including the amazing Norton Museum. The house is clean, airy and bright. You really can't do better in WPB. We liked it so much we decided to come back again this year!

Little GEM is what you should call this home. Adorable, clean and modern. Snuggled in this quaint Flamingo area yet close to every restaurant, beach and shopping we did our whole trip. Truth be told, the pool was the best! Perfect time here. We were a group of 3 and it was perfect for us. The gang in charge were amazing to work with as well. 5 stars. Would stay again! Thanks guys :)
