This beautifully updated colonial style home is situated on a grand lot on one of the quietest streets in the Southend of West Palm Beach. The property interiors have been professional designed and installed in late 2021. The home features a marble foyer, family room, dining and living areas with views towards the pool and 4 bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms. The master suite has a king bed, 2 bedrooms with a queen bed and one with 2 twin beds. The modern kitchen features quartz countertops and a large bay window in the breakfast nook overlooking the gardens. The dining and family room areas open up to an outdoor oasis that features a large covered patio with seating and dining areas overlooking the pool and lush, expansive gardens with landscape lighting. This house is not pet friendly and no animals of any kind are allowed, including service animals, as the owner is highly allergic.
This home requires an additional $ 1500 refundable security deposit to be paid with a check or wire transfer prior to arrival (or cash at arrival).
Same day reservations made for this property are on request. Please note that parties, receptions or events with visitors not residing in this vacation rental are not allowed. Cannot wait to come back!
My family and I stayed here for 2 weeks and we could not be happier. The home is absolutely beautiful, well located and the backyard is stunning, the pictures do not do it justice! A big thank you to the Palm Beach Vacation Rentals team for being so responsive to any questions or concerns we had. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this home to anyone looking for a home to rent in West Palm.
