The Blue Pearl is a beautifully restored historic vacation home nestled in the peaceful Grandview Heights Historic District within the West Palm Beach Arts & Entertainment District adjacent to downtown.
The property is located just a few blocks from The Intracoastal Waterway and a short leisurely walk to the heart of downtown West Palm Beach. The Blue Pearl's convenient location allows you to fully immerse yourself in the art, shopping, restaurants, recreational activities, museums, events, night life and exclusivity that West Palm Beach has to offer.
The top floor of The Blue Pearl contains the master bedroom with a king size bed and newly renovated bathroom, complete with vintage bathtub and gorgeous shower. Through the master bathroom you will find a walk-in closet conveniently tucked away. The family room furnished with a couch, chairs and cable TV complete the second floor. Dual french doors open up to reveal a large deck overlooking the tropically landscaped yard and private pool (with lounge chairs). Pool heat is optional. The ground floor contains the second bedroom, furnished with a king size bed. There is an attached walk in closet as well as a laundry room with a full size washer anddryer. The downstairs ground floor also features a full bathroom (detached from second bedroom), a fully equipped kitchen and small dining also overlooking the pool area. The house also features an outdoor living/dining area (with a view towards the pool). This house is pet friendly, but there are weight and breed restrictions as well as applicable fees and deposit requirements. All pets are on request. Please note that parties, receptions or events with visitors not residing in this vacation rental are not allowed. Non-compliance with this policy could result in the immediate eviction from the property with no refund. Please contact Palm Beach Vacation Rentals for more details. Same day reservations made for this property are on request. Palm Beach Vacation Rentals does not rent to anyone under the age of 21. The person reserving this house and signing the registration MUST occupy the premises for the entire length of stay. Non-compliance with this policy could result in the immediate eviction from the property with no refund.

If you are planning to stay in the blue pearl, don’t hesitate a minute. Everything is as advertised, the swimming pool is great, the upper level living room is very cozy. Location is perfect. We would very gladly come back.

Palm Beach Vacation Rentals was a pleasure to work with. Mario, Rick and Peter were always responsive and professional. I arrived just as a new owner took title and so had not had an opportunity to address anything which might need a bit of TLC. The yard and pool were an oasis and the beds very comfortable. I have already made arrangements to return.

Lovely little two story cottage with a fantastic back yard in the front. Management company is accommodating and responsive. We didn’t have extra tp or laundry detergent when we got there but there are plenty of places in the area to stock up if need be. Overall, a very nice stay.
