In one of the quietest streets of the Grandview Heights Historic District, Nini's cottage has recently been completely renovated and expanded with a beautiful front porch for outdoor living and dining. The house features 3 bedrooms (king bed in the master, queen bed in other bedrooms), 2 bathrooms, a spacious living/dining room, den/office, a modern kitchen, laundry facilities, an expansive outside dining/living area with ceiling fans and a newly constructed, heated pool. There is cable TV in the living room and master bedroom.

There is also a large fully detached, fully furnished, and equipped 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom cabana that has been meticulously restored and updated with a kitchen/living/dining room and an upscale bathroom (with separate laundry room). Pool heat is optional. This house is pet friendly, but there are weight and breed restrictions as well as applicable fees and deposit requirements. All pets are on request.

Please note that parties, receptions or events with visitors not residing in this vacation rental are not allowed. Non-compliance with this policy could result in the immediate eviction from the property with no refund. Please contact Palm Beach Vacation Rentals for more details.

Same day reservations made for this property are on request. Palm Beach Vacation Rentals does not rent to anyone under the age of 21. The person reserving this house and signing the registration MUST occupy the premises for the entire length of stay. We walked into this beautiful house and felt like we were home. All of the details and supplies really made our stay special. We were here for our daughter's graduations from PBAU!! We loved, loved, loved this home! It is setup perfectly. We wanted to spend all our time here! We had elderly grandparents and my grandson, the house was accomodating for all ages. The outside spaces made this trip so perfect! We spent so much time outside laughing and making memories! Being able to close up the pool as a safety measure was great! The landscaping made us feel that we were at some private, tropical place. We so so loved our time here! Thank you for sharing your fantastic home with us. So hoping we can come back soon. This home is exactly as pictured. It’s charming and in a safe neighborhood. There’s lots of privacy and you feel like you are on your own island. 6 people in the main house and 2 in the guesthouse was more than comfortable. There are 4 beds and 2 pullout couches. It was a quick walk to the convention center. Highly recommend. We would stay again.

Spent almost a month in the property. Rick was a great host and helped quickly address any issues that we had. The house is refreshed and in great condition. Quiet and very safe neighborhood that is walking distance to downtown and a 10 minute drive to the beach.

Wonderful property, immaculately clean, convenient location, comfortable beds. Would definitely stay there again. Rick and Peter were very quick to respond to emails.
